June 2009 — "Do not buy from Rosenoir Leather or their Leather show. Rosneoir Leather has a leather show in various cities across Canada. I purchased winter gloves from the leather show in June of the past year. They were tied together when they were purchased but I recently noticed I had two right gloves. Remember they were tied together with a plastic tie so there was no reason for me to think there was a problem. I contacted Rosenoir and they wanted me to pay for the shipping. I wanted them to pay for the shipping because it equaled more than 25% of the purchase price. Alternatively I proposed they ship me the left handed glove but they refused. Extremely poor customer service. "
