June 2009 — "I went to this store on my vacation to Drumheller to find a silver dinosaur charm for my charm bracelet. This gentleman said he would order me one (I wanted one purchased in Alberta). When I got back to Ontario I emailed him. He ordered me the charm, mailed it to me, and I got it promptly. Great service, lovely store, and I got a great keepsake from my trip to the Badlands. "
