April 2009 — "My wife an I first shopped there in 2008, we purchased over $2500 in merchandise. The following day we went back and found everything we bought on sale, we could have saved over $600 one of the store managers sold us the merchandise the day before, you would have thought that they would have given us the "heads up" when we asked the same store manager as to why he didn't say anything we were told "too bad", nothing said he had to. Anyways we had our baby and took him to the store, the stroller we bought broke, we took it back to Kac's and they again told us "too bad" we were totally upset. We went to one of their competitors stores in Calgary, explained to them what happened and they took our stroller and gave us a new one. Moral of this story is that this store is very over priced, the same merchandise can be bought at multiple stores at a far better value and most stores will tell you that if you wait a few days that item will be on sale, come back then. Also the competitor that I shop at now guarantees anything I buy "just bring it back" no haste, and no sales persons stalking you throughout the store."
