April 2010 — "We went in, saw a table we liked. Told them we were looking for soon as possible, were told that they had one in stock and we could have it in a week. In a week we were told it had some scratches so we'd have to wait 4-6 weeks. It is now week 9 and are told that it might be week 11 or 12. of course the only communications we have had are the ones that we initiated. Really feel they were untruthful from the start. They took our money and now it's too late for us to start shopping again to find one in time for the wedding. Will never go here again."

"Questionable timing"

August 2008 — "My husband and I were drawn to the store's funky design and reasonable prices in home furnishings and accents. Our design consultant/salesperson was very pleasant and helpful. Originally we decided to order two pieces of furniture, one was to take 3-5 weeks delivery and the second piece 6-8 weeks. We chose a fabric design for the second piece based on the company website and brought it to our salesperson's attention since she did not have the sample in store. Three weeks after placing the order we were told the fabric was discontinued. So back to the store we went to choose another chair and to tell her we still had not received the first item. Again, our sales person was great to deal with. Like the second piece, our replacement item would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. It's been 7 weeks and counting for the first item, an ottoman. On week 6, we contacted the warehouse, at which time we were told they had no idea what was happening with our item. Week 7, we contacted the warehouse again and were told it "might" have shipped and they "think" we should have the first item in another week or two. I know it's only been 7 weeks without furniture but we're at the point of asking for a refund and purchasing elsewhere where we could get our furniture now.

October 2007 — "My experience at the Revolve furniture store was excellent, the little lady that showed us our options knew so much about the furniture we were interested in,
she even talked me into a brown couch instead of black which is so much more
soothing in my home, I love it. I also purchased a dining table and chairs in
brown that have really updated the look of my home from country to modern.
Good Job Revolve; I will be back."

February 2007 — "My boyfriend and I had a pretty frustrating experience with this business. On a quest for a couch we were attracted by the funky furniture at this shop. After a few minutes of browsing the impressive variety of modern styles on the showroom floor we settled on a very groovy and expensive sofa. Being in white, we asked if the same couch was available in black. The friendly salesperson assured us it was, and even better, that it was in stock and could be delivered the following weekend. This was an important point as we informed her that we wanted a couch that we did not have to wait three months for. We paid in full right then and there. The following weekend they delivered us the couch in brown. This was when we were told that they did not actually have the black couch in stock and that it would take three months to arrive. The brown couch was delivered as a 'loaner' until we received the black, or we could settle for the brown couch permanently. This was rather insulting as the brown couch arrived unwrapped and ripped, and we were not offered a discount. We accepted the brown couch as a loaner as we didn't like the idea of sitting on the floor for the next three months. Last week our black couch was finally delivered, SIX months later! At least it came wrapped and undamaged I suppose."
