October 2010 — "We purchased wedding rings at Calgary Jewellery a couple of years ago and the diamonds (small diamond chips) kept falling out. In the past two years diamonds were replaced 4 or 5 times. Seriously. When we finally ran out of patience and wanted our money back, they said that the problem was due to extraordinary wear and tear, although I work in an office. No one suggested to us that these particular rings were so delicate that they could not withstand daily use. "
