February 2009 — "This mall is a bit of a suprise. When entering the The Bay, it is not immediately obvious that there is much more to it. First, the Bay itself is quite larger and features good designer departments and a substantial make-up and perfume counter. Out in the mall, there is also a good variety of chain shops. There's Aldo, Guess, Le Chateau -- and quite a bit more that I can't remember. It is good place to stop into if you happen to be shopping downtown and it is raining out. I would recommend this mall if you are looking for chain stores where they are selling fashion basics vs something more unique from the independent shops in the area."
