August 2008 — "I live close by to North Hill Shopping Centre, so I find the mall very convenient. It's right next to the C-Train and has a good selection of stores such as a drug store, book store, Safeway, Sears and more clothing stores. It's not the type of mall you'd probably go on a clothes shopping spree at, due to its smaller size in comparison to other malls in the city. But, if you live in the area like me it's got everything you need so you don't have to venture across the city if you are just after a few items."

North Hill Centre opened in 1958, and it is still open today as Calgary's oldest shopping mall. It features several department stores, such as Sears, as well as many specialty shops and services.
