March 2009 — "I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife, who was stuck at home with a sick child. When the flowers were not delivered same day as promised, I phoned the next morning. I was told she wasn't answering her phone. Not once when ordering was I told they would be phoning ahead. I've sent flowers many times with other companies and they've never done this. Sort of eliminates the element of surprise, doesn't it?
I will certainly not do business with Panda Flowers again, and I will tell my friends and family to do the same."
