June 2010 — "Recently my Fiance and I toured through Jasper park. Although the truck was packed full of camping gear, we had a blowout on our air mattress. We stopped in at on-line to purchase a couple of self inflateable mattresses. The staff member was fairly knowledable about the product he was selling, so we purchased 2 top of the line inflatables and left. As we continued shopping, we found a "Jack Wolfskin" store. The matts were a full 29.00 cheaper...each! We tried returning the unopened, 20 minute old air mats, only to find out the store has a no cash return policy, only in store credit. Needless to say, we will not be shopping in that store again"
