January 2010 — "I went to this store to buy a bike on Jan 13 2010, What i liked best about Ridleys Cycle was i wasnt bombarded by sales people as soon as i walked in the store, i had some time to look around on my own first. Important if you dont like sales people in general. I made the eye contact with the sales person, who was happy to help, patient with me as im fussy and had a lot of questions and was unsure of what i needed, he also apologised as he had to deal with another person at the same time as myself, i still felt he did alright getting me different bikes off of the stands and getting them set up for me to try, i tried about 4 of them. I have bought 2 bikes from Ridleys in the past and have been dropping by their for a number of years, Only once have i experenced going in and nobody acknowledge me, i didnt see those people last time i was in. Would i recommend this cycle store to a friend,YES without a doubt. Only thing i wasnt told about was their 30 day return policy, but while on their web site i came across it, other wise all other service aspects we explained to me in a understandable way.. "

February 2009 — "I went to this shop, but was very disappointed with the poor service. The lack of space means that I was told to ring in advance to ensure a bike was available in my size to try. On three occasions I did this but each time there was some excuse as to why the bike was not available. "
